6.1 All deposits to your fb099 Account are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱). The minimum deposit is ₱50 via GCash or Maya. Minimum amounts for other payment methods may vary and are displayed in the Wallet section of your Account.

14.1 By fb099: fb099 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where fb099 reasonably determines that:
14.2 By the User: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting fb099 support. Before closure, you must withdraw any eligible balance. fb099 will process account closure requests within a reasonable timeframe following identity verification.
14.3 Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, fb099 reserves the right to withhold and void any bonus credits and winnings derived from bonus play, and to recover from any available balance any amounts owed to fb099 under these Terms.
14.4 Any eligible real-money balance remaining in an Account at the time of closure (other than closure due to breach) will be refunded to the User via their last used verified payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.
15.1 If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your Account, a game outcome, a payment, or any aspect of the Platform, you should first contact fb099's customer support team via live chat at fb099.vip or by email at [email protected]. 15.3 In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through fb099's internal complaints process, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration in the Philippines in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The language of arbitration shall be English.
15.4 Disputes concerning individual game outcomes must be raised within thirty (30) days of the relevant game session. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.
16.1 fb099 may amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, fb099 will notify registered Users via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with applicable law or a regulatory directive.
16.2 The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
16.3 If you do not accept a proposed amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect. In such circumstances, fb099 will refund any eligible balance to your verified payment method.
17.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
17.2 Subject to the arbitration provisions in Section 15, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through arbitration.
