10.3 In the event of a personal data breach that creates a risk to your rights and freedoms, fb099 will notify you and the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, where technically and legally feasible, in accordance with RA 10173.
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, as a data subject you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by fb099:
Request a copy of the personal data fb099 holds about you, and information about how it is being used and with whom it has been shared.
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data. For account details, many corrections can be made directly in Account Settings.
Request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected, subject to legal retention obligations.

Request a copy of the personal data you provided to fb099 in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format for transfer to another controller.
Request suspension of processing of your personal data where its accuracy is contested or its processing is unlawful pending resolution.
Lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines if you believe fb099 has processed your personal data in breach of RA 10173.
Where fb099 processes your data on the basis of consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed.
To exercise any of these rights, contact fb099's Data Protection Officer at the email address provided in Section 16. fb099 will respond to verified privacy rights requests within 15 days of receipt, as required under RA 10173's implementing rules.
12.1 fb099 does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 21. If you are under 21, you must not use the Platform or submit any personal data to fb099.
12.2 fb099 requires users to confirm their age at registration and verifies age through KYC identity checks before processing any withdrawal. Accounts where the user is found to be under 21 will be immediately suspended and any balance refunded to the source payment method.
12.3 If you become aware that a person under 21 has created an fb099 account or submitted personal data to fb099, please contact our Data Protection Officer immediately at the contact details in Section 16. fb099 will take prompt action to close the account and securely delete the data.
13.1 fb099's primary data processing operations are conducted within the Philippines. However, some third-party service providers (including cloud infrastructure, game providers, and technical support vendors) may be located outside the Philippines.
13.2 Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, fb099 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with NPC-issued rules on cross-border data transfers, including:

14.1 The Platform may display references to or integrate with third-party services — such as payment providers (GCash, Maya) and game content providers. fb099 is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any third-party services.
14.2 This Privacy Policy applies solely to data collected and processed by fb099 through the Platform. When you interact directly with a third-party service — for example, when you open GCash to confirm a deposit — you are subject to that service's own privacy policy.
14.3 fb099 recommends that you review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use in connection with your fb099 account.
15.1 fb099 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. When material changes are made, fb099 will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform before the changes take effect.
15.2 The "Effective Date" at the top of this page indicates when the current version of the Policy came into effect. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically.
15.3 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Policy constitutes your acknowledgement of, and where applicable your consent to, the changes. If you do not agree to a material change, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
